Kelly DiSalvo

Founder & President

Kelly currently serves as a Manager of A&D in the Commercial Real Estate industry. She is a graduate of St. Edward’s University, where she served as a student-athlete playing on the NCAA women’s soccer team while earning her bachelor’s degree in Finance. Since then, Kelly has gained experience in various industries that include oil & gas, forensic litigation, technology, financial services, and wealth management. Her passion is serving charity initiatives that serve the youth and provide support for low-income families. In 2021, Kelly started The Donald A. Baker Foundation to continue her philanthropic efforts while also keeping her grandfathers name and memory alive.

During her free time, she enjoys traveling with her husband, spending time with family, and playing sports, specifically soccer, golf, cycling, and boxing.

Matthew DiSalvo

Vice President & CFO

Matthew currently serves as a FP&A Advisor in the Oil & Gas industry. He is a graduate of the University of Houston, where he completed his Master’s in Accountancy. For his undergraduate, Matthew received a full academic scholarship to attend St. Edward’s University where he served as a student-athlete playing on the NCAA baseball team while earning his bachelor’s degree in both Finance & Accounting. Matthew was a Fulbright finalist and awarded the highly acclaimed Presidential Award by St. Edward’s University, which is only received by a select few seniors. Since then, Matthew has gained experience in various industries that include oil & gas, accounting, financial services, and app development.

During his free time, he enjoys reading, traveling with his wife, and enjoying all sports, specifically baseball, golf, soccer, football, and basketball.

Donald Baker Jr. 

Secretary

Donald is currently a retired Deputy from the Harris County Sheriff’s Office after 30 years of service. During his tenure, Donald took pride in being able to provide life changing advice to people at their lowest point. He thoroughly enjoyed the brotherhood of the profession while also being able to provide safety and security. After working in several places meeting many people through out his career, he is now enjoying being able to spend more time with family and friends during his retirement. Donald is a graduate of Sam Houston State University.

Donald states that this Foundation is a commitment to follow in his dad's footsteps to serve the community.
